first love is the revolution by rita Kalnejais, 2019

Another brilliant design from Mieka van der Ploeg, First Love is the Revolution drew audiences into a world of foxes and star-crossed lovers. The Windy City times called the show's design, "a visual masterpiece."

Sometimes the show would spill into the lobby at the old Steep. Remember when the robot from Earthquakes in London led a robot boogie? Thanks to Artistic Associate Alison Siple for this memorable design. Looking forward to more dance parties in the new lobby lounge when the new building is complete!
