Gifts from individuals like you make a major impact on our intimate theatre, the work we put on stage, and the experiences or our artists and our audiences when they come to Steep. Our growing family of supporters has helped us build an iconic storefront theatre, be home to an ensemble of some of the most exciting theatre artists in the city, and bring new stories and new voices to Chicago audiences for fifteen years. Your support now will allow us to tell more stories, push ourselves to take bold artistic risks, and help more artists and audiences find their way home. Thank you for your support.
Steep's Operating Fund
Steep's operating fund provides the resources we need to make the magic happen. Through unrestricted gifts we're able to do everything from build sets to take out the trash, and these gifts give us the flexibility we need to take artistic risks, explore new stories and ensure that we're creating the best possible experience for our artists and audiences. By making a gift to our operating fund you are standing behind Steep and everything we do.

Steep's Access Ticket Fund
Steep is committed to knocking down the barriers that stand between people and theatre. One of those barriers is financial, and to help shrink that barrier we offer 10% of our tickets for each production at the affordable price of $10. With a gift of just $15 you will underwrite a single Access Ticket and make our work accessible to an artist, a student, a first-time theatre-goer, or anyone who may otherwise be unable to experience the joy of live theatre.
Sponsor a Steep Production
You now have the opportunity to have a tangible impact on a Steep production. Your sponsorship of $1,000 or more will provide some of the materials necessary to bring a play to the stage. As a production sponsor you'll be recognized on the title page of the show's program, you'll have insider access to the production process, and you'll get to see the very real impact of your generosity. Contact Kate Piatt-Eckert for more information about joining the illustrious group who are sponsoring our current season:
